Issues Treated: the Indigo/Crystal population, relationship issues, mood disorders, Asperger's disorder, adjustment issues, spirituality, cross cultural issues, developing intuition or emotional intelligence, grief/trauma, mediation, divorce and death. Dr. Bhattacharya is a Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Level 2 Certified clinician. EMDR is the treatment of choice for trauma/abuse/rape/car accidents, etc.
Dr. Bhattacharya has served as a Psychologist, Mentor, Mediator, Supervisor, Consultant, Editor, and Author in the Psychiatric/psychology field.
Dr. Bhattacharya utilizes ideas from self psychology, cross cultural psychology, women's developmental theory as put forth by the Stone Center, Wellesley College, MA. Systems theory, psycho‐dynamic, play therapy, and cognitive behavioral, and solution focused approaches are all synthesized into a tailor made plan for you. Dr. Martin Seligman's Ideas on optimism is used in much of her work. Dr. Doreen Virtue's Angel therapy, Dr. Brian Weiss's past life regression, Dr. Wayne Dyer's Intention work, and Dr. Caroline Myss's Energy medicine concepts have been incorporated into her practice and tailored individually as well. Jungian archetypes have been useful in helping her clients discover the full spectrum of their persona and powerful self esteem. Past life regression, Color therapy, Art Therapy, Guided Imagery, Hypnosis, Crystal/Energy healing offered.
Fee Policy‐Insurance accepted: Triwest, Blue Shield PPO, Champus VA, Aetna, Pacificare, Focus, and Multiplan. Sliding Scale available. Any additional work done for you, chart summary, legal letters, filling out forms, etc is charged at her hourly rate of $200 per hour. Legal work rate is $300 an hour. Short phone calls are normal, any phone consultations will be considered a session and billed at the rate of $160 per hour. Dr. Bhattacharya reserves the right to alter the amount charged on an individual basis as every case is different.
Effective immediately, please pay by the Send money option in Paypal, and put Personal, and the amount you owe. I will receive funds immediately since Paypal has put a 3 wk hold on my funds due to their regulations. Or you may pay by Check or cash.
Office Policies: A strict payment policy is enforced. Your payment is due at the beginning of the session. Failure to pay at this time is grounds for the doctor to cancel the session and reschedule. Effective February 15, 2012 Dr Lily will no longer take new Medical clients. Please be aware of this and make arrangements to either bill insurance yourself or ask for a transfer of care and it will be arranged. If you pay by credit card and ask for your money back, a standard check by standard mail will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you insist on a chargeback, you will never be allowed to pay by credit card again via Paypal. You will be asked for check/CASH and wait for it to clear. Any bank fees/$20-$35 chargeback fee on Paypal are billed to you. Ignorance of this policy does not excuse you from it.
If you arrive and the door is locked, it means I have stepped out and will be back shortly or you are my first client and I will be there shortly.
If you arrive late for a session, I will still end the session on time.
All medical concerns should be treated by a physician. All legal matters should be addressed by a lawyer. This is Psychological counseling.
